James Milne - General Manager

James joined Baert Marine in 1981.After several years working in all aspects of a first rate service department, including Service Manager, James then took over the key roll of General Manager.He has helped Baert Marine achieve many outstanding awards including the Boating Industries Top 100 Dealer Award, Grady White's Admiral's Circle Award and the Marine Industry Certified Dealer status.James shares his passion for boating, fishing and Fishing Boats Water sports with his wife Susan and two boys, Christopher and Jonathan.

Bob Freeman - Sales

Bob joined the Baert Marine Sales staff in October of 1993. His passion for boating and saltFishing Boats Water fishing started back when he and his wife Jeanne purchased their first boat in 1977. Bob took his hobby to the next level when he received his U.S.C.G. Captains License in January of 1986 and still holds this license today.


Bob has twice been recognized as a member of the Grady White Presidents Club for Sales Achievement for being in the Top 20 Salesman nation wide in Retail Sales.

Bill Baert - Treasurer

Always an avid boater, founded the business in 1973.


As treasurer of the company, maintain strong relationships with our boat and engine manufacturers, as well as vendors who support our business infrastructure.


It is also a pleasure for me to be able to work closely with our sales team and with customer ralations.
